Description
CAM E_ES
The system of air EXTRACTION with “Settling Chamber” has to assure continuous air exchanges, its main aim is to transfer externally the heat dissipated by the equipment in the radio base stations and Data Processing Centre.
This happens thanks to the combined operation of the air extraction and the settling chamber (inlet air).
The settling chamber can be installed externally or internally, in according with the typology of the installed air conditioners and with the space available inside the local.
SYSTEM KIT WITH SETTLING CHAMBER
The system is designed to be managed by its own PLC PB13 to manage the operation cycle and detect the possible causes of alarm conditioning system.
Adjusting the temperature “ON-OFF” or “proportional” (0-10V). By adopting the regulation “proportional”, they avoid thermal shock conditions when the outside temperature is very low.
This system can also be identified as an emergency system to cool the room as it is provided an electromechanical controller (thermostat) that allows to feed the fan in an independently and separately when the detected temperature exceeds the predetermined values and simultaneously indicates the condition of emergency operation.

Description
The Free-cooler system has the characteristic of guaranteeing continuous air changes with the primary objective of transferring the heat generated by the equipment to the external environment (for dissipation).
Solution designed to allow high ENERGY SAVING also in site where air conditioning units without free cooling system were previously installed.
AIR EXTRACTION SYSTEM
The system is controlled by the PLC of the air conditioner which has the task of managing the operating cycle and detecting any alarm conditions. This system when coupled with an Ethra Tech air conditionercan be managed by the same air conditioner controller, without need for a dedicated PLC.
Fan speed is adjusted with “PROPORTIONAL” (0-10V) signal. By adopting the regulation “PROPORTIONAL”, are avoided thermal shock conditions when the outside temperature is very low. This system can also be identified as an emergency system to cool the room as it is provided an electromechanical controller (thermostat) that allows to feed the fan in an independently and separately when the detected temperature exceeds the predetermined values.

Description
The Free-cooler system has the characteristic of guaranteeing continuous air changes with the primary objective of transferring the heat generated by the equipment to the external environment (for dissipation).
The VFC series air extraction system is composed by one or more centrifugal fans extracting the exhaust air from the internal environment and by a PLC controlling the entire working cycle and managing and generating the related alarm conditions.
This system when coupled with an Ethra Tech air conditioner can be managed by the same air conditioner controller, without need for a dedicated PLC.
SYSTEM COMPOSITION
Fan speed is adjusted with “PROPORTIONAL” (0-10V) signal.
By adopting the regulation “PROPORTIONAL”, are avoided thermal shock conditions when the outside temperature is very low.
This system can also be identified as an emergency system to cool the room as it is provided an electromechanical controller (thermostat) that allows to feed the fan in an independently and separately when the detected temperature exceeds the predetermined values.
In case there is not possibility to wall mount the ventilation group system or if it necessary to install in a different position the Fans (for example in Rooms) the VFC solution can be complemented with the optional supply of one air extracting channel and related connecton duct plate.
For particular conditions, on request it can be provided the VFCS series which allows installation in critical low noise sites, by means off additional external soundproofed plenum.
